On Tuesday, April 23, Plasman MVP ambassadors from Windsor Tooling, Windsor 3 Manufacturing, Windsor 1 Manufacturing and Global Headquarters donated 10 comfort mattresses to the Windsor Residence for Young Men (WRYM). These mattresses will replace the already existing ones they have had for over eight years that are used for their resident facility.
WRYM supports young men 16-24 years of age as they leave homelessness behind to build new lives. They provide a supportive functional family atmosphere, deliver individual counseling, and teach basic life skills to help them integrate into the community and reconnect with extended family or independent living and education and employment.
“The Windsor Residence for Young Men is endlessly thanking Plasman and their MVP team who continue to help us make sure youth experiencing homelessness have a safe and clean bed to sleep in,” said Jason Weinberg, Executive Director, WRYM. “We cannot thank Plasman enough and their willingness to invest time and resources in the vulnerable young people that we serve.”
