Community

Plasman has a long history of partnering with the communities where our team members live and work.
We are called on to support an agenda for children that provides opportunities for them to thrive. From senior leadership to new team members, our employees take an active role by dedicating themselves to a wide range of charitable service organizations and outreach programs in their community.

Through our corporate partnership program, MVP, we work together to support non-profit, youth-oriented organizations that are focused on creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable future for children and our new leaders of tomorrow.
Our Pillars of Commitment
These efforts support the long-term sustainability of our neighboring areas and develop lifelong relationships. Together with our partners, we take great pride in making a difference and giving to those who support growing our future.

ERCA Tree Planting
Plasman MVP ambassadors volunteered in the 2023 Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) annual Earth Day Community Tree Planting event. Team members and their families joined in planting over 1500 trees to help improve the quality of the Windsor-Essex community and supported Plasman’s continued commitment to support long-term sustainability with the communities we live and work.
ERCA is empowered through provincial legislation to further the conservation, restoration, development, and management of natural resources other than gas, oil, coal, and minerals. They were created in 1973 as one of the last Conservation Authorities in Ontario to work toward managing natural hazards and conservation issues.

Nens de Llum
Plasman MVP ambassadors from Queretaro Manufacturing made a visit to Nens de Llum in Queretaro, Mexico and donated $4,000 towards specialized therapy equipment. While delivering their donation our MVP ambassadors from Queretaro were presented with an award from Nens de Llum in appreciation of being a community partner with them for five consecutive years.
Nens de Llum has a unique nursery system, as well as specialized therapy equipment to provide the best care for boys and girls with neurological damage.
