Plasman, a leading global manufacturer in automotive surface finishing solutions, today announced that its Tilbury Manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada received the General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the 2020 calendar year. It is Plasman’s second manufacturing location to receive the prestigious award as Queretaro Manufacturing in Mexico was recently recognized. The award acknowledges suppliers who strongly demonstrate their commitment to quality excellence and is based on criteria including producing parts and components that have met or exceeded a very stringent set of quality performance criteria and have achieved the cross-functional support of the entire GM organization.
