Plasman is pleased to announce and welcome Peter Andersson as Vice President, Operations Europe effective June 1, 2021.
Peter has over 35 years’ experience leading teams in the automotive manufacturing industry including OEM and Tier1 Engineering and Operations. He started his career with Volvo where he spent over 10 years in various positions within manufacturing and project management. Since this time, he has held leadership positions within several Tier 1 automotive companies such as TI Automotive as Engineering Manager, Managing Director and Operations Director for Europe, later joining Kongsberg Automotive as Program Director and Vice President of Operations for a Global Business area. Most recently, Peter has spent the past 7 years working alongside the Executive Team as the Director Engineering, at Rosti Automotive (Xandor). In this position he was responsible for the overall engineering strategy for exterior plastics, working in the UK.
Well known in our industry for his progressive and collaborative leadership style, Peter’s tenured in automotive and plastics manufacturing will be a great addition to our company, which matches very well within the Plasman culture. Peter will work from European Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
