Plasman announces new Sustainability Department

At Plasman, we believe that creating a better, more sustainable, and inclusive future is our collective responsibility.  As part of our continued commitment to sustainability, we are pleased to announce that we have launched a new department dedicated to Environmental, Economic and Social strategies at Plasman.  Anna Widerberg will lead the group as the Director, Sustainability EU – Global Lead, along with Todd Nessel as the Manager, Sustainability NA.

Anna has extensive experience within Sustainability strategy, starting her career as a PhD student in Economics, Energy and Climate policy at the University of Gothenburg followed by working as a team Manager at RISE and most recently holding a position as Environmental Strategist at Volvo cars.  Anna’s knowledge and role as Director will play a key part in our collective responsibility to creating a better tomorrow as One Driving ForceTM.

Todd Nessel, Manager, Sustainability NA for Plasman

As the Sustainability Manager, Todd will work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop, implement, and engage the Plasman Sustainability Strategy for the North American region while creating a more sustainable and inclusive future.  Holding a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Todd recently established and maintained the Sustainability and Environmental Affairs Program of sixteen company sites as the Manager of Sustainability and Environmental Affairs for Mastronardi Produce.
