For years, Maryvale has stood as our longest-standing community partner, serving as a beacon of hope, healing, and guidance for youth and families navigating complex mental health challenges in the Windsor-Essex County region.
Recently, Plasman MVP Ambassadors from Corporate and Tecumseh Manufacturing came together to support Maryvale’s critical mission. Joined by Plasman executives Mark Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, Rod Alward, President, North America, and Sean Borrowman, VP, Human Resources, North America, they delivered donations that were designed to bring comfort, creative outlets, and daily essentials directly to the young people in Maryvale’s care.
“Our community partnership with Maryvale is a cornerstone of our social commitment,” explained Sullivan. “Supporting the mental health and well-being of young people in our communities isn’t just about donating, it’s about providing the tools, comfort, and care that help youth realize their worth and potential.”
In adolescent mental health treatment, healing is holistic. It happens not only in clinical therapy sessions, but also through creative expression, comforting environments, and having basic, personal needs met with dignity.
Plasman’s recent donation focused on delivering a diverse range of items provided by Maryvale’s wish list, tailored to support the daily lives and therapeutic journeys of Maryvale residents. These items included therapeutic and sensory items, art and craft supplies, hygiene products, personal care, and comfortable clothing.
This donation is a small reflection of Plasman’s immense gratitude for the Maryvale team, whose tireless dedication ensures that young people in the Windsor-Essex community never have to face their hardest battles alone.

In 2025, Maryvale served nearly 900 unique clients and their families in Windsor-Essex. Our School, Hospital, and Counselling programs represent the three main pillars of services we offer, and the donations we received help ensure clients have access to materials aimed at enhancing their therapeutic experience.”
Maryvale at a Glance
Maryvale is a fully accredited Children’s Mental Health treatment center based in Windsor, ON, Canada, that has dedicated nearly a century to supporting youth and families navigating serious emotional, psychological, and mental distress. Specializing primarily in expert care for adolescents aged 13 to 17, the organization offers a vital continuum of care that includes community counselling, specialized therapeutic day treatment programs, and an acute care inpatient mental health hospital program. Driven by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and child and youth professionals, Maryvale provides evidence-based therapy, clinical support, and compassion guidance young people need to heal, grow, and build resilience.
