Record number of Cheers in February

It’s no secret that engagement drives the culture for successful organizations. Think of a highly engaged team, and there is a strong likelihood recognition will come to the forefront.

At Plasman, we are changing the landscape of manufacturing. We live in a world where retention, resources and immediate recognition are as constant as our ever-changing environment. Seizing the opportunity, our team members continue to build greater personal connections by recognizing effort and achievements through our company recognition program.

Our Cheer For me program provides opportunities to recognize effort and achievement based on our core values. Proudly, we witnessed our highest monthly total of Cheer For Me’s to date, as over 1,000 were issued in February. That’s true Plasman pride and power!

With a renewed sense of purpose to inspire the feeling that our work contributions matter in supporting the overall Company goals and values, team members and leaders Know, Include and Cheer for one another daily. However, the powerful and lasting affect for our team members is the pride, enjoyment, and feeling of being supported by their peers. This is who we are. We are Plasman.
