Plasman is pleased to announce that Arnau Vilalta will re-join Plasman, as a member of the NA Executive Team in the role of Vice President, Operations (Exterior Trim).
Arnau has over 17 years of engineering and operations experience in progressively senior roles. Most recently, he comes from Aptiv (formally Delphi), where he was responsible leading their operations across North America. He brings with him strong commitment to culture, proven success through structure and metrics, tempered with the ability to adapt for company needs.
In this senior role, Arnau will be responsible for the Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering groups to support exterior trim customers across North America. He will collaborate heavily with counterparts in Engineering, Finance, HR, Tooling, Sales and Precision Parts to ensure that overall company performance targets are met. Arnau will reside in the Michigan area with his family and work from Corporate Headquarters in Windsor.
