Plasman is pleased to announce that Arnau Vilalta has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), North America Exterior Trim. Arnau joined Plasman over 2 years ago as the VP Operations, North America Exterior Trim. Since this time, he has guided Plasman manufacturing, quality and logistics teams through challenges and implemented best practices that readied Plasman for the growth ahead. This realignment to Plasman’s structure will best support their current and future leadership needs as the company continues to grow. Arnau has had an extensive career record progressively taking on more advanced positions in Engineering and Operations for automotive supply companies. In his new role, Arnau will expand his oversight that will also include Purchasing, Operational Improvement and Engineering. He brings great leadership and strategic oversight of Plasman’s operational readiness and will be instrumental in Plasman’s future growth and prosperity.
