Over the years, I continue to be amazed by the amount of care and dedication our team members provide in supporting communities for which we live and work in. Over the past 2 years we have faced challenges with the ability to come together in person to support these valued partnerships. Our recent Employee Opinion Survey highlighted how important community involvement and our commitment to community is to Plasman team members globally.
Therefore, as we get back to some form of normalcy it is time to further strengthen our support for this initiative. I am excited to announce that we have branded our company giving partnerships to now be called MVP. The program is focused on working together on Plasman’s commitments to support non-profit, youth-oriented organizations that create environments for where it is safe, healthy, and promotes a sustainable future for children and our new leaders of tomorrow. #plasmanmvps
We place great importance on working together as one team across our 29 locations with a global focus on supporting the communities in which we operate in and encourage Plasman team members to get involved and celebrate your community.
The MVP program stands for Motivators, Volunteers, and Promoters and is structured around three pillars: Corporate Giving, Fundraising, and Participating. We are introducing MVP to align our Corporate Giving and each of Plasman location’s local community involvement as one team for one cause.
